Many friendly greetings from Michele, Roberto and Domenico. These are 5 different trekking routes ; they are different in difficulties, in duration and price but they all offer you a special riding experience.
The prices include
: guided tours, horse and horse stuff, insurance, tent supplies or hut, breakfast, light lunch and dinner. the price not include breackfast and dinner for the Furlo trekking and the second dinner for the Montiego trekking.
Our horseback tours are adressed to people who already have a certain riding experience (and not only inside the paddock of a manège). The most important thing is that people who want to take part to the tours know the main rules of equitation : that is how to manage with a horse – cleaning it, saddling it, getting up and down easily from the horse, keeping control of the animal when the rest of the group is doing something else, keeping the pace of the horse in harmony with the pace of the other members of the group in order to keep a certain trek order and rhythm. What’s even more important is the spirit of adaptability. Horseback trekkings are in general phisically tiring : we sometimes have to walk a long time also under the rain leading our own horse with a rope on difficult path; and at the end of the day, many times, toilet and shower are in the open air! I would say it’s a kind of adventure !! Of course, we don’t want to discourage people but we wish them to understand that this is more than a traditional holiday ; it’s an experience that allows you to admire the beauty of our territory running away from the frenetic everyday life and coming in contact with the slow and harmonious nature rhythms.
